You can make amendments to the hard copy of the application to submit with the documents.

Maybe cross out mistake on printed form and write correction, and then initial it?

Sorry billy, usually these types of questions pop up here from guys assisting with their Thai partners UK visit applications and they sometimes drift into the sense that they are the ones making the application, not their partners. I admit that I assumed you were of that ilk and I apologize.

Good luck with your application. As OG says, the steps you have taken should cover all bases and not a major worry.
