Varicose vein treatment in Pattaya

Featured Replies

Hi. I am planning on having varicose vein treatment in Pattaya. I had intended on using Bangkok Hospital, Pattaya for treatment but having read on another forum comments about Bangkok Hospital versus other hospitals and clinics in Pattaya (for other medical conditions) am now not so sure. Has anyone had vein treatment in Pattaya and, if so, what are your experiences and recommendations?

I had a varicose vein treated at Bangkok Pattaya a couple of years ago

The planned treatment was to strip out the vein.....however when the surgeon performed the operation he discovered that the vein was actually full of clots, which he subsequently removed....leaving the vein to function normally.......the operation (including recovery) was expected to last three hours......however, because of this surgeons diligence it took five hours....

His after care was first rate, and my leg is fine...

I hear a lot of negative comments about BHP......I have only ever had good treatment there

In life...generally you "get what you pay for"

Later response, but thanks for the information. Most negative posts concerned the cost of medication and in-patient treatment, which vein treatment is not.
