Constitutional Court judge's house bombed: Bangkok

No one supports violence, but when has anything ever been achieved by peaceful means. There is little argument that the courts have carried out a coup and those responsible are likely to be targeted. You simply cannot remove a democratically elected government and not expect repercussions. If you play with fire you are going to get burned.

There is a lot to argue against any form of coup having taken place. Some people broke the law through their abuse of power and were removed. That is the law. PT are still the caretaker govt. No govt has been removed [well caretaker govt as there is no govt at the moment]. Where's the coup?

You seem to be saying that judges finding against PT are responsible for the actions of thugs who target them. Would you say the same if they found against suthep?

Oh come on, even the Wall Street Journal are reporting this as a Judicial Coup. If you prefer to pretend it isnt then then fine, but most people can see through the BS. The Judiciary are controlled by the same people pulling Sutheps strings. If you are going to take on the people then you had better make sure you are prepared for battle.

Thailand does not need the Prime Minister. They just need the Constitutional Court to govern the country. They seem to be almighty and powerful. The laws can be manipulated and interpreted in such way with few little lines.

I hate to say it but he brought this upon himself since he did not perform his duty as an impartial and honest judge but simply rubberstamped a predetermined judgement made by his yellow paymasters thus plunging the credibility of the Thai judiciary to an all time low which is now being seriously ridiculed by international media.

Everybody who is saying this the work of typical red shirt scum should remember that there have been acts of violence on both sides and everybody knows there is a violent fringe on both sides.

This is to be expected...Duh?

Judicial coup is the latest catch phrase to get the foreign media to salivate. Lest we forget, was it some sort of judicial coup when someone got away concealing his assets with his servants, "it was just an honest mistake guv". If that had been a true & fair decision then the country would not be in the quandary it is in now. If Thailand degenerates into civil war then that act IMO was the beginning of the end of days. I certainly do not believe there will be civil war but the streets might not be so safe due to terrorist acts.

I am not a muntions guy, but is it safe the say these Grenades that are being used in Thailand are from Chjina or Russia ?

It scares me that a group chose to use Red as their color. I believe there was another group that chose that color and killed more of their own people than even live in Thailand, We shall see !!

The other problem Thailand has is a group of peopl;e who have aquired most of their land by terror and killing, all through their recorded history, but since recorded history that is the way Empires have been built.

I pray for Thailand and World Wide Peace, you are free to join !!

Yes. Unfortunately, this was to be expected due to the nature of the beast.

Can you seriously ever see Suthep appearing in court? The only way that is going to happen is if the red shirts gain absolute power and replace the current judiciary, but I guess if that day arrived Suthep would be long gone on his holidays to some far flung shore.

Yet another grenade thrown during the Suthep uprising and nobody hurt. A cctv picked upi a person throwing something and running away. Question on most peoples lips must be....how one of the most hated men in Thailand has not got a security ring around his property. If it stinks like fish it usually is....

A casualty in the early days of the revolution would be a more fitting end for this criminal.

I'm amazed that there wasn't a police security detail at the judge's houses yesterday.

This event was so predictable.

How can this have come to pass???

And yet... Nothing surprising!

These judges were formed after the coup. Who do you think has the remote control to press on these judges? It starts with the letter P.

and no one will ever be charged over it as the police will not chase red scum terrorists. This shows the people of Thailand exactly how bad the reds really are, if they do not get what they want they start terrorizing/killing people just as thaksin has ordered and they call this democracy. What makes it worse are the red appologists in here that stand by these idiots and say that they are entitled to do so and call for even more violence in the name of the ptp/thaksin.

No, this is not Democracy, this is the alternative to Democracy. Take your pick.

Rumour indeed has it some misuse the situation to pose as guards and 'earn' a little bit of money. Mind you that have nothing to do with k. Sutheps people or even k. Jatuporns people.

As for "disenfranchised will hit back, Southern Thailand style", surely not. K. Jatuporn has stated to lead peaceful battles only.

Are you sure? Mostly it's 'starting with the letter S'

Well you do not need to have a high IQ to work out that at least one of the judges would get a calling card from the Red Thugs, what beats me why did not the BiB anticipate this and have all 9 of the CC judges houses staked out and catch these <*******> in the act.

They are still in power. There has been no coup. If there had then there would be no PT. The lords and lady of misrule are gone, yes, but they brought this upon themselves. If they had concentrated on Thailand's needs and not their own desires we would not be in the position we are now.

As for suthep, well his day in court cannot be far away now. I look forward to his disappearing from the scene as much as anything. Mans a fool.

Quiz ! ..... What color shirt would a man be wearing who would seek to destroy an entire country to further his own insane greed ?

Suthep is in pink today.

It was Yellow the day before.

Black for three days after his thugs blew up the kids a few months ago

Purple on the Princesses birthday

Red one day in March (just to antagonise the UDD)

Multi-coloured Hawaiin Hibisus Tee during Songkran
