Where in Bangkok, or Korat area, to get a signed document/health certificate, from a government vet, approved, for shipping a dog overseas ?

Even though it seems that you are not in the Chiang Mai area perhaps you could contact Care For Dogs for advice.

Great group of folks there and they treat the dogs in the care wonderfully.

As far as I've been told a legitimate health certificate for exporting a pet animal can only be gained at the animal Quarantine Station of the Livestock Department.

For Bangkok that is at Suvarnabhumi airport.

Yes, just had it confirmed that only at airports...be it Bangkok, Phuket and CM only.

Kinda weird as its required a fe days prior to leaving, so have to take dog to airport twice.
