Retirement Visa - Help Please

A tourist visa only allows a 60 day entry that can be extended for 30 days at immigration. The 90 days or 6 months is only how long you have to make the entries it is not long you can stay in the country.

You would be able to use both of the entries before the visa expires if you get it in June. You would just have to do the 2nd entry by the enter before date on the visa sticker.
