Robby nz
He could just be in a lot more strife. There were reports of the army searching a car at the army meeting and finding weapons. Photos have appeared on facebook of those weapons, all hand guns, and it was said that the searched car belonged to Jutaporn. If this is true then he will likely be detained for some time on several counts relating to those weapons as well as breach of bail.

djhotsox
"But the prison term was suspended on a two year probation." I'm beginning to wonder if the judges who preside over these cases have such little interest in them that they just sentence each to the same regardless of the alleged crime: Defamation of character.....sentenced to xx years in prison, suspended for two years probation. Killing someone with your motor vehicle.....sentenced to xx years in prison, suspended for two years probabtion. Seems to be all they hand out these days....??
