Do you ever heard about Kong river, on full moon October. Every year full moon October too many thai people(about 100,000-300,000 people) will go there watching the fire come up from under Kong river. Before one year ago nobody can prove how it happen, some scientist trying to prove there assumption(Methan gas), Too many people belived that the fire come from the holy animal under the river.

But one year ago Thai TV chanel find out it becuae of Laos people shoot the fire gun up to the sky from the boat.

It's fun isn't it? We belive it for long time more than 100 years that fire come from under the river. I try to talk with too many thai people and I can't belive them that they still belive in it. They don't want to listen the thruth and they don't want to talk.

Last year still have too many people go there for watching the fire gun.

Well, what do you think of this story?Do anybody went there?

I still wonder untill now, How come thai people don't want to accept the thruth. Even I'm thai but still not understand?????

Why take away the fairytale ? And it's a beautiful one, why spoil it with science ?

What would the Western world be like if we still had fairytales ?

Don't spoil Thailand, let them believe in dragons and monsters else your destroying and pillaging a culture.
