trying to get,yes trying,house insurance cover.

the past 2yrs.we have been insured with ayudaya,the cover is up on fri.6th june.we have had no reminder from the agent so the wife phones head office,and tell them this is what cover I want,no can do we only cover what it cost to build the house[6yrs ago] since then the cost by the same co.and team has gone up over 25% so we want extra cover.

so she phones one of our banks the one that builds house's aswell,tells them what we want,ok I will get back to you with a quote,never did.

she then gets intouch with another well I wont go in to details but they p---ed with trying to sell her a different package.

so I do some scouring on here and find one of the members recommend safety ins.public co.ltd.go to their web site just great they have many packages and also you can make up your own to suit you.cover for house,storm damage,hail stone damage ect.all priced separate and what cover you get.so we phone the agent here in korat tell them what we want.well you might aswell not bother,first they wanted to sell us a different package just would not listern to what we wanted so the wife said go and look at your website its all there,then the wife was asked to in and fill in the forms,by now she's getting peed off so tells the agent give me the quote first.ok I will ring you back they must have lost the no.

oh by the way we did try to send an e-mail to TV's sponsors but it kept coming back wrong security no.

by Christ if this is the way staff perform it worries me when all our assets are in thai banks.

Have you tried AA insurance, they are usually very prompt in replying in my experience.

goner try them as soon as the wf.finish yapping. she got a call from safety 10minutes ago they said head office insists she go in and fill in forms before they will give her a quote.they got her answer.

I did try AA for an online quote but couldn't get past the security no.for some reason.[yesterday]

sorry for the delay in replying we had a bee's nest in the garden as they say bee gone.

lucky for us our neighbours husband is a car insurance rep for msig so his wf.told us to give him a call and he will put you on to the home ins.rep.the wf.phoned them and told them what she wanted,within 10minutes we had details of a great package with discount for 1,2,3yrs.faxed to us which was actually better than what we wanted and the price was aswell.
