UK citizen never been married..What info required?

Been looking into the official marraige cert. I know I need an afadavid from my Embassy. I live in Thailand. Never married. How do I prove this or do the embassy guarantee this? Obviously if your divorced or a widower you can with certs. I don't have a single man cert.

On the affirmation you simple state "Marital Status SINGLE and I have no dependants from my previous marriage (or) relationships"
