And sitting behind the computer posting on TVF all day doesnt help either.....if it bothers you ofcourse.

Yes, between other jobs, benalibina.

Don't forget I'm "domesticated" enough.

I would be more concerned with your cholesterol level if I were you.

Just a thought.

Thanks Charlie, but never had cholesterol problems.

But, it is a very good advice.

Sure it wasn't the couple of Baklava you have with the coffee1.gif ?

Why, do you know, David?

As my Thai wife says..........

i have never understood getting addicted to coffee. I do like the taste with milk and sugar, but that makes most things taste good and black coffee is like medicine to me. I drink coffee to wake up in the morning and that is about it and if I drink it every day, I get headaches for a few days when I stop. To each his own I guess.

I though it was about being a forum addict.

No such thing btw.

That's my next thread, kris.

When I finish my iced coffee.

I think its fine unless your man boobs are lactating.

If his man boobs are small, would they lactate condensed milk?

Good point.

Costas, give your boob a little squeeze for us please mate.

Start making your own traditional Frappe like a true Greek would.

If you like it sweet then use sweetener instead of sugar, and if you like it

with milk then use 0% fat milk.

That should cut down the boobs and lifesavers on the waist! thumbsup.gif

Yes, I am aware of that.

That's why, I am already cutting down on coffee.

And that's why I started this thread, to seek help from others, because it is an addiction, and will have repercussions in my future.

I don't get the addiction either, though, clearly many *are* addicted. I wonder if it's more psychological than physical. Like you, I like a morning coffee to properly wake myself up. I might have a second one in the afternoon, but not always. Once a year, I go a week without coffee to ensure I can do without. I don't feel any different that week, though am glad to be getting back to my routine at the end of it.

The OP has alerted me to something: I usually have my sugarless coffee (with a dash of milk) with something sweet, like a banana or a home-made musli bar, or peanut butter and jelly on toast. During my coffee-less week, I still have that, but with a glass of warm water instead.

Could it be that the addiction is to the sweetness, rather than the caffeine?
