toryboy1979
Does anybody know if it is possible to buy lambs liver in Chiang Mai. Have looked in Rimping and Tops but no success. Since lambs liver is not normally an item Thais would buy I have not checked Big C or Tesco.
masuk
My guess is that offal never leaves NZ or OZ. Just the frozen meat gets here.

MESmith
Makro great for frozen pigs, duck & chicken livers. And fresh (probably defrosted). Not many lambs here....

junglechef
Thais I know don't care for the "strong" flavor of lamb as well as some Westerners. Sorry I can't be of more help but if you know a (high end) restaurant where it's served you could perhaps ask them.

quidnunc
There is a local company called Hamza (?) which used to have a store that sold butchered sheep and goats. I think they're still in business but the store closed. I think it's the same company that sells goat milk and goat milk yogurt. Maybe you could get their phone number off the package or google it. jobin
Ask at the mosque. The muslims are into sheep and lambs. Often whole carcasses get roasted for parties.

Chicog
I've bought a leg of lamb from Northern Farms which is why I suggested them. They have a shop somewhere, there is a thread on it from last year I think. Unless you prefer your stuff halal. mogoso
Ask at the mosque. The muslims are into sheep and lambs. Often whole carcasses get roasted for parties. You could have worded that better. “A man can have sex with animals such as sheeps, cows, camels and so on. However, he should kill the animal after he has his orgasm. He should not sell the meat to the people in his own village; however, selling the meat to the next door village should be fine.” From Khomeini's book, "Tahrirolvasyleh"
