I have recently got a Retirement Visa which is good until April 2015, I have never done 90 Day Report as had Ed visa before, my Passport has no mention of 90 Day Report on it.

So what happens if I do not do one or I am a week late, now living Surin Area, not Pattaya anymore.

Advise Please.

15 days before until 7 days after the reporting date, that is the timespan one can use.

If too late and they don't buy your excuse you could be fined B 2000,- Tel them You just moved and bring along proof of address (rental agreement, utility bill)

15 days before and 7 days after is allowed, more than 7 days late and their is a fine, I believe it to be 2,000 baht but stand to be corrected.

When I did my 1st Extension of Stay (Marriage) I got a stamp in my passport which reads

Notification of Residence must be made every 90 days

And on my 90 Day Slip, there is another stamp which reads

The Fine for "overcue" Notifications is not exceeding 5000 THB. (Please note the typo in "overcue"

The max fine is 5000 baht and 200 baht a day until you comply with the rule. Immigration has set the normal fine at 2000 baht.
