But you have to keep them on target as to what you needs are and keep in touch

with them to make sure they're haven't forgotten you, other than that, some of the

guys/agents there are ok to deal with...

Rather than paying the extorniate amounts vendors want for a few tables,chairs and plates. Seek out an empty unit and start afresh. Save a lot of money

I doubt many exist, and i believe that any decent ones would need a more focused brief such as a specific location, and a specific business type.
