You might be taking a higher dose of the gel, or the sugar content might be giving you the headache (I have never tried it...but I am guessing it is pretty sweet?) You can also get Kamagra in pill form. I don't know about here in Thailand, but it is on the counter of every convenience store in Cambodia. Cialis is expensive as there is no generic. Roughly 1,800 - 2,000 baht for 4 pills. The cheapest Sidenafil in Thailand is produced by the Government Pharmaceutical Organization (GPO) and sold under the name Sideagra.
