Hey Everyone,

I want to go from my apt in Jomtien (chayapreuk) to the ferry to Koh Samet.

I will leave on Saturday morning. Return on Monday.

Any suggestions for ground transportation?

I've seen minivans on Sukumvit that go to/from Ban Phe.

its about 90kms from you - one and a half hours max by car/taxi. Taxis available at ferry and about B800/900 from ferry back home and i expect same to the ferry

In case others come across this thread at a later date......got a minivan to pick me up at my house and drop me at the pier for 120 baht.
