I realise that this topic was started as a troll topic but there is in fact a country, the United Kingdom, where anybody may change his name by deed poll to anything he likes, be it Bank Robber, Serial Murderer, Ed Visa, Imbecile Troll, etc. There are even agents you can use to get it done. Perhaps some other countries allow it, too. Nevertheless, this topic is now closed.
