After finishing my Sunday morning Patango and coffee, I decided to browse TVF.

I had already exhausted all other means of fun, I had coloured in the cartoons in the Sunday Nation and finished stacking my jars of marmite that my mom used to bring over but never got eaten because I don’t bloody like Marmite.

Anyhooo, while browsing the forums I noticed that something was missing.

I immediately checked for the ‘Cambodia’ forum but noticed that it was still there, complete with 5 sub forums (yes, 5, count them).

So as I could not find what was missing (which is a contradiction in itself), I decided to continue perusing the interesting pages of TVF, while sub consciously wondering if my life would have turned out differently if I had been a Super Model.

While reading, a distinct pattern began to emerge.

I noticed one of the TVF members was being sought out to offer advice on all matters.

A sage.

Ladies and Gentlemen (and any third sex persons who are reading (just to keep it PC)), that poster is our very own ‘Roland Rat’

In view of this and my earlier findings, I decided to combine the 2 and forward a notion that we submit a proposal that our friend ‘Roland Rat’ has his own sub forum which is a help desk for all of us normal people.

It could be called ‘Ask Roland’.

So, yes or no?

if by any chance you would like to sell the marmite i would be a very willing customer

please P M me thanks

Eeeeeeeerm, you do realise that there were actually no jars of Marmite, don't you?

Well yes there were in the story but they were just props to pad out what would have been another failed attempt to beat Mr. Neverdie (or ND to friends thumbsup.gif ) to the famed and much talked about Thai Visa Poster Of The Year Award (or TVPOTYA to those in the loop).

In fact, if all the facts were to be known, I don't even have a mother, which is why I did not have a belly button (or navel) until last year when I underwent the little known procedure of Umbilicoplasty at  Kron Kiki international hospital.

sorry still dont get it

OK, Sorry Mr. Gerry123, I will try to make myself clearer.

First of all I have to tell you (bicycle) that I am laid up in bed due to (glass) an accident that I had with a ferret, so I am dictating this post through my oldest son.

This means (radish) that just for jolly, occasionally I will say the odd word that should not be in the post but to save confusion, I have asked that he puts those words in brackets.

Also, as my son is only 13 years old, no swearing from me in this post.

Anyway, back to the Marmite.

The Marmite in this story was just a figment of my ever expanding imagination, which was to be used only in cyber space, a little bit along the lines of Bitcoins.

But I doubt (Margate) that BitMarmite would be a best seller, unless you’re interested in some.

OP, I agree with you, a forum named "Ask Roland" would be a great idea.

I will be able to ask the rodent man about all my frustrations and self doubts, bothering me for a long time.

MrToad has pissed off to the USA, The Right Honourable Sir ND keeps busy answering bad posts on his thread about Scott's promotion, nobody left, to lean my head on his shoulder and cry.

Mr Roland, would be the obvious alternative for me...........and I promise, I will never, ever try to milk him.

Thank you Mr Costas yeaaahhhhhh I am relieved to hear that as it was quite scary thought !

I am always available to my "rat fans" but feel that to have a seperate forum wouldnt be the best interest of TV.
All the traffic would be headed to one place and the the other forums would suffer.

Yeaaaaahhhhhh
