Extending last entry of triple tv

How early can I extend the last leg of my triple tv? Any issues to expect with the latest crackdowns?! I still have 6 weeks left but will be going on a long scooter trip down south from chiang Mai so want to get the extension before I leave to be sure ....

That's early.
Friend of mine was refused two weeks before on Samui.

You can do your extension at any immigration office as long as you have a local address to put on the TM7 form.

You could try to do it before you leave they do other extensions 45 days early.

For the last extension you should definitely show a confirmed flight out of the country within the extension period.

 

Two weeks before is usual. Six weeks sounds a bit early.

You can do the extension at any immigration office.

Just have to present an adress (hotel or the like) within the area covered by the immigration office.
