Can't find the info in a search, moved house a few days ago, same area of Hua Hin, coincided with 90 day report and no problems at immigration who simply took new address off the 90 day report form. 

What info will be needed for changing address on driving licence and car book, will I need 2 proof of residence letters, hopefully I don't have to retake any tests for the driving licence, is it easy or should I take a Thai speaker with me etc.

I did a change of address in Chiangmai for driver's licenses, car book and motorcycle book.

 

You need a set of the usual photocopies of passport information for each license and car-motorcycle  book.

 

They have the change of address forms available, one for each document.

 

I used only 1 letter of residency and a copy was accepted for the others documents as it was all done at the same time.

 

 

BUT, in some Transport Offices, they want an original certificate of address  for each document change.

 

Better check with your local Transport Office
