Im obviously clueless about cars to be asking this question but is it possible to pay a dealership to change the lock on a car thats 3 to 4 yrs old? 

 

If it is possible how much would it cost?

Easily done, I changed three locks on a 15 year old Lancer, cost THB,2,500, don't forget to change the trunk/boot lock also.
