I have located (difficult in our area) a nanny/maid through Ayasan.  So far they have been pretty good with communication and so forth.  I would just like to hear some "Yes" or "No"s from people who have used them.  I am not talking about experiences with their nannies but working with them.  I can accept that the nannies are human and might do human things but want to know the company are legit and will live up to their "Service" policy.
