Boxclever
Must be connected to the Sondhi case. That's the only high profile "bail" case in the courts at the moment. Gee I would love to know the details of that, he must have pissed some VVVIP's right off!

Gee I would love to know the details of that, he must have pissed some VVVIP's right off!Completely absurd to think it has has anything to do with a ruling made last night as if a committee could be formed and a decision made of such a grave nature in a matter of a few overnight hours.Utterly ridiculous conjecture... unsurprising, however, coming from a Shinawatra apologist. Popular Post ChrisY1
There's been so many high profile cases in these courts over the past couple of years. These dismissals could relate to a whole raft of issues....eventually something will come out about this....but it's an indictment on the judiciary to have 4 seniors bite the dust!

Popular Post NongKhaiKid
How often is secrecy claimed to be in the national / public interest but is more like the truth is too embarrassing to be be revealed ? Do these ' gross disciplinary violations ' encompass possible criminal charges ? Oh I forgot, the details cannot be revealed and will probably stay that way so things can be wrapped up and everyone's happy !

But it would be way better if the case would be made complete transparent and they get not only fired but punished-->jail term in a public process.

CNXBKKMAN
The judges will be hi-so elites and they shouldn't be embarrassed by revealing what mistakes(crimes) they have committed. The secrecy also protects the image of the judiciary which has to be seen as full quality people of the highest calibre.

FangFerang
Since all five of the most controversial cases are due at the Supreme Court, it seems like vote rigging of some kind that suddenly these judges are ousted for 'undisclosed reasons'. Yes I am fielding this, but the timing seems suspicious to me altogether. This happens in the US, where appointments color the politics of many years to come--a way of 'front loading' subsequent support for pending cases.

Just take pleasure in the fact that the good general is blind to any colour and is pursuing one thing, and one thing only, corruption...!
