Michael Brown killing: State police take over riot-hit US town

96 black men out of 400 killed sounds a lot. What they fail to mention is this is out of around 13 MILLION arrests. When put in perspective it is a miniscule amount. A single death is wrong but this has been blown out of all proportion and simply used by the race baiters to pour fuel on division which is their aim.

Also with all that is going on in the USA at the present time why does the President feel he needs to involve himself in this small matter and ignore what seems far more important matters ?

I have also just seen the breakdown of the grand jury.

6 white men

3 white women

2 black men

1 black woman

Wait for even more riots and screams of cover up

I also notice the lefty posters here simply totally ignored the list of white men and women killed by blacks and never reported as they do every day.

These deaths were reported. And some of them are made up. Inga Evans for example. Not sure what the point of the list is without detail and with fabricated deaths. Were the people caught and convicted for these killings? Surely that's going to be the difference. Put some effort into the list, some context.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Upset about a racial name-calling that occurred earlier that night, several black men savagely beat a random white man who had had nothing to do with the incident. He slipped away from his attackers, but they forced him to swim into a lake to escape. He drowned. The three men were sentenced to less than a year in jail.

Massachusetts. Four black men decided to murder the next white person they saw. That unlucky soul was a college student from Boston, whom the men stabbed to death.

Indiana. A black man was arrested for killing seven white people with a shotgun. He explained that he murdered his victims due to his deep-rooted hatred of white people.

Miami, Florida. The leader of a black supremacist sect (i.e., the Yaweh ben Yaweh cult) was convicted of the murders of several white people. He ordered his followers to kill any and all white devils. They killed at least seven white people, bringing back body parts to their leader.

North Carolina. Seven black men kidnapped a white woman, raped her, put her in a tub of bleach, shot her five times, and dumped her body. The murderers said they did this for racial reasons.

North Carolina. Four black teenagers lured a white, ten-year-old girl into an empty house. There, they sodomized her, strangled her with a cable wire, and beat her to death with a board. In the past few weeks, the trials in the Tiffany Long case have received extensive coverage in the North Carolina press. But with two of the three defendants already sentenced to lifelong prison terms, and the third now standing trial, the national media have all but ignored the story. Only the Associated Press has reported on the trials, in a single, cursory piece. The AP, of course, failed to mention the race of the people involved an oversight it seldom if ever committed in the case of Amadou Diallo.

Boulder, Colorado. After discovering that one of their members had never had intercourse with a white woman, an Asian gang went looking for one. When they found a white University of Colorado student, the six men gang raped her in their minivan for two hours. At their trial, Detectives described the womans night of terror, including repeated threats to kill her.The woman leaped out of the minivan after one of the men raped her. Naked, she sprinted across Lefthand Canyon Road before Steve Yang tackled her, authorities said. They were all screaming at her, calling her names and hitting her, Detective Jane Harmer testified.Yang put her in a headlock and dragged her back into the van, where she was raped repeatedly, Harmer said.It was a free-for-all, Harmer testified. One man threatened to cut and burn her, and another put a gun barrel to the back of her head when they released her, Harmer said.

Kansas City, Missouri. An Ethiopian immigrant shot two white coworkers killing one and critically injuring the other at his workplace, then turned the gun on himself. At his residence, police found a three-page, signed note he had written in which he railed at black blood sucker supreme white people for oppressing him and black people in general.

New York City. In a Midtown office building, a white woman was assaulted, raped, and anally raped by a black man who called her racist names during the attack. Police refused to label it a hate crime.

Alexandria, Virginia. A black man walking through a neighborhood went over to a white eight-year-old boy playing in his great-grandparents front yard and slit the childs throat, killing him. A witness says that the attacker shouted racial epithets during the attack, and the main suspect in the case owns anti-white hate literature and had written a note about killing white children. He had been previously arrested for attacking an unarmed white stranger with a hammer. (During the attack, he called his victim Whitey.)

It is unbelievable none of these incidents were mentioned on any of the news channels, yet the liberal news media get their panties all bunched up over a white Ferguson city police officer shooting a black gang banger who was assaulting him.

What da think I typed all that myself??? Just a factual recount of crimes with citations to newspaper articles, criminal pleadings and etc. If you think those crimes did not occur as the article states, then disprove the citations.

Much different than citing subjective opinions from conspiracy websites forecasting doom and gloom, WW3, the end of the dollar, the end of the world or the end of the American economy . . . or your citations to conspiracy theories of world plaques, US infecting Africa with Ebolla or US withholding cures if Ebolla.

Haha, the differences should be apparent to a normal person, but I would NOT expect you to be able to see the difference.

Yahweh ben Yahweh operated in Liberty City,

right after the riots there, that burned down every business there, Yahweh ben Yahweh opened a farmers market, and a restaurant where for $1.00, you could fill your plate with as much food as possible, and have lunch.

I ate there often, generally the only white person there, as the garage where my brother worked was located there and that was where we build and rebuilt our street racers.

we were never accosted, never robbed, and never murdered

I thought Yahweh went to jail on a drug or income tax xharge, and never heard about this kill whitey message

Martin Luther King in the 60's said that blacks make up 10% of the population yet are responsible for over 50% of the crime. He said that they should stop blaming the white person for everything that was wrong with black society and sort themselves out. Sadly no other black rights leader has continued on where he left off since his death.

A white guy killed him.

I know you didn't miss it.

All the same, here's a reminder just for good measure.

balcony.jpg

Despite the discouraging factor of Dr. King's assassination many other black leaders have come forth from the Rev Dr. King's movement, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference.

But the radical wingnut right accuses Dr. King's heirs in the civil rights movement of being interested in only themselves.

So the wingnuts want it both ways.

The virulent right likes to quote Dr. King when it suits them and to simultaneously denounce his direct and legitimate heirs when it suits them.

It's easy to see it and it's easy to see right through it.

Oh and the quote was brought up by one of his relatives disgusted at what was happening in Ferguson.

I have also just heard that an unarmed white man has been gunned down on the streets of Utah by a black officer 2 days after this shooting. Nothing on the main media, no rioting, looting or protesting and certainly nothing from the President about it and no doubt countless FBI agents wont be sent there to investigate it either

I watched Lemon get into an argument with a weapons expert invited to be on his panel yesterday morning.

Lemon kept trying to tell the panel member that automatic weapons could be bought because he had done so.

Lemon claimed he could buy an AR-15 and it was an automatic weapon because as he claimed..."It shoots lots of bullets".

That's the point when I turned CNN off.

So then the particular program wasn't your cup of tea, one might say.

Don Lemon reported with complete accuracy that the homicide cop Darren Wilson had not suffered any breakage of his eye socket to include any disconnecting of it, any fracturing or it, tearing or the like. Lemon reported Wilson was treated for bruises and swelling, not lacerations or fractures. Wilson never lost his eyesight and there were no reports of any significant or lasting damage to Wilson's eyes or the area of Wilson's eyes.

A kid scuffling with a police officer, regardless of the size of either, is not a justification for police homicide. You can say it is but it fails the test of the best practices and policies of police forces that are recognized for their severe restrictions on police use of firearms, such as the Houston TX police department.

That the right wing claims about serious or severe injuries to Wilson are false is the salient point of Don Lemon's news reporting of the Michael Brown homicide, so you'd need to address that unless of course you wanted to go off to less significant aspects of the case as it's currently before us.

Quoting a CNN commentator as a factual news source is humorous at best... Why not just quote brothers Sharpton and Jackson as they have as much credibility as CNN?

It's your issue to try to create, to try to shape, to present as you can, repeatedly, and it's your issue to try to pursue in any of the several ways you can try to pursue it.

I don't need to explain your issue to anyone, nor am I required or obliged to present your issue to anyone. Not for any reason. Not on any pretext.

I certainly haven't any reason or interest in trying to present your issue to you yourself.

In other words, I just don't see an issue here so there's nothing for me to discuss, explain, try to justify, pursue etc. I don't have a theory about it because there isn't any theory there. It's a non-issue to the vast majority of Americans.

It's your baby. You run with it. I'll watch but only to learn more about the thought processes of the people who focus so much on race per se.

This particular aspect of the case is not in the category of fiction as your post itself notes.

These are all facts in dispute.

They will be aired out and be settled but I suspect we're a long way from that.

Meantime, when your guys post their eye socket stuff I'll respond with the opposite assertions.

The fiction has come from the extreme right and repeatedly.

President Lincoln - the President who Freed The Slaves - was a Republican ... not a Democrat ... strange how facts get twisted by the Leftists that run the current Democrat Party... Oh yes - that nasty little relic of history ... the Democrats were the major force behind the KKK...

Why is there no outcry about this???

Is this the normal cop behaviour in the US??

I give a shít what happened to Mr. Brown (is this a common surname for black Americans?), but this is a

disgrace to police work for all real policeman/woman in the whole world.

An unarmed, disturbed person gunned down by 2! fully functional police officers, just after about 10 sec! they approached the scene?

Usa, you are so fourth world...

Classic oxymoron.

If it is a fact, it is not in dispute.

If it is in dispute, it is not a fact.

If it is a fact, it is not in dispute.

If it is in dispute, it is not a fact.

fact
fakt/
noun
  1. a thing that is indisputably the case.

Here are the facts about a question of fact. As I'd posted, a question of fact exists when the facts are in dispute.

A fact is said to be in dispute when it is alleged by one party and denied by the other, and by both with some show of reason.

http://definitions.uslegal.com/f/fact-in-dispute/

Question of Fact

An issue that involves the resolution of a factual dispute or controversy and is within the sphere of the decisions to be made by a jury. It is an issue that is material to the outcome of the case and requires an interpretation of conflicting views on the factual circumstances surrounding the case.

Which is why I'd said we won't know all the facts for a long time.

It is not a fact for example Michael Brown was a "violent thug." It is not fact, as the wingnuts tried to bums rush us about, that Brown could not have had his hands over his head surrendering because he had already been shot in the arm. It is not fact Michael Brown deserved what occurred.

It is not fact officer Wilson acted properly. And show me where officer Brown invoked his 5th Amendment rights, as some posters have stated or suggested (not publically Wilson hasn't). The FPD Incident Report which is heavily redacted and omits any presentation of the Incident is anyway not a statement of facts, it is a report.

It is fact the St. Louis County Police Department also released a redacted incident report to the ACLU on Aug 20, but besides identifying the victim as Michael Brown, has redacted all details of the "incident."

There is a lot more in the thread that proves the extreme right wingnuts don't know fact from fiction.

Let's pause to remember that white men passed laws to outlaw slavery in the US and many thousands of white men died to gain that freedom for slaves in the south.

President Lincoln - the President who Freed The Slaves - was a Republican ... not a Democrat ... strange how facts get twisted by the Leftists that run the current Democrat Party... Oh yes - that nasty little relic of history ... the Democrats were the major force behind the KKK...

Dwelling on race politics and now political party politics of the ancient past does not discuss the case before us.

Especially given the Republican party is white, aging, southern and western USA in its base, fading fast.

UPDATE: The Old Confederacy loves the Republican party.

FLASHBACK: The Original Confederacy loved the Democratic Party.

This particular aspect of the case is not in the category of fiction as your post itself notes.

These are all facts in dispute.

What the heck are you talking about invoking the 5th Amendment publicly? Jeez, if you are going to try act like a know it all, it might help to avoid topics of which you have no clue to avoid absolutely moronic statements.

Lets talk fact. Officer Wilson is being investigated for a crime. Anyone with a law license would instruct their client to make no statements or say anything to anyone during the investigation. This has nothing to do with guilt, innocence or the 5th Amendment as far as press, you or I are concerned.

Fact, Michael Brown's degree of thuggery is an objective opinion. Whether you consider him a thug based on his age and what has been shown is more of a reflection on the integrity and moral compass of the opinion holder. LMAO that you would try and couch something like that as a disputed or undisputed fact.

Gotta love this place. Greatest show on earth in some days.

UPDATE: The Old Confederacy loves the Republican party.

FLASHBACK: The Original Confederacy loved the Democratic Party.

Update: Today's Republican party has become the party of Rand Paul (Libertarian) and the neo-John Birch people via the Tea Party. Today's Democrats are more akin to the former liberal wing of the Republican Party exemplified by Eishenhower and perhaps some of the Rockefellers back in the 1960s. The Clintons are really more old school Republican than 1960s Democrats.

You don't see the knife? As long as he is wandering or climbing that wall the police are just "on guard." But when he gets closer and starts toward them they correctly shoot.

I would far rather be shot with a handgun than stabbed. Knives slash and cut and are deadly.

Cops are trained to shoot someone with a knife if he gets within about 21 feet (7 meters) of them. They let him get a lot closer than that.

Then they are trained to keep shooting until they are sure the threat is neutralized.

Go to full screen with a really good monitor and with really good sound and see what that perp is really doing and saying.

1) I'm not going to argue with a lawyer.

2) I'm not going to argue criminal law with a securities lawyer, or a lawyer whose specialty is in some area(s) of commercial law or fiduciary transaction law.

3) I'm not going to argue law with a lawyer who believes Michael Brown was a "violent thug" and who supports Dirty Harry cops and Dirty Harry police departments.

The beef about ultra-right wingnut fiction arises from examples I provide in my post above, e.g., that it is not fact Michael Brown was a "violent thug." That it is not fact Brown was unable to raise his hands in the air to surrender because, as the right wing so wildly claim, he had been shot in the arm (arms?) before he could raise his hands. These are not facts. They are claims by virulent right wingers who have wrongfully attempted to reduce Michael Brown to the gutter.

Criminal lawyers know the law. Criminal lawyers say the video of Brown in the store does not indicate, suggest, nor does it provide evidence or proof of any claim Michael Brown was violent, was a thug, or was a "violent thug." Almost all of those who make the claim are ultra-right posters. The wild assertion is not fact -- not in law, not in reality. That claim is opinion, not fact.

While civil law lawyers do study some criminal law in law school, your legal advice in this criminal investigation of a police homicide against a private citizen is both unsolicited and unwelcome. In fact, if I want civil law advice concerning medical or hospital stocks or liabilities of any kind I'll call you. So don't let me hold you up servicing your existing corporate clients or any potential big cap clients.

The Missouri ACLU says the FPD and the St Louis PD violated state law when each produced an incident report of the identical incident that omitted any description or account of the incident. An Incident Report absent the incident. The ACLU sounds right to me. I'll call them first if you don't mind, thx.

F430:

Contrary to a recent post, many of us welcome your posts. Don't think a certain unnamed poster might be speaking for anybody but himself.

PS: It isn't "established fact" that Brown was raising his arms at all, much less intending to surrender. But, never mind.
