What do you mean with a guardian visa? Being the guardian of a Thai national minor you are allowed to work. Otherwise normally work is not permitted and you would need to change your status and possibly go abroad for a new visa. (non-B)

The problem would be getting the work permit. There are many work permit offices that would not accept the application with that type of extension (it is not a visa).

Thanks Mario. I really tried to find a legal document(s) that says it is prohibited. For example, can a foreigner with guardian visa allowed to accept part time job (two months duration work at home for example) for a company that is located abroad or in Thailand?

Any work with any type of visa or extension requries a work permit.

Working online for a non Thai company at your home for example is a grey area. Working for a Thai company would require a work permit.
