You child will need to go with you when you apply.

You will need their birth certificate and house book, Some offices will also want proof of residency,

i rend a house for living in bosang chiang mai i need to ask the people who i rent the house for have this paper ?

and what do you mean proof of residency ?

thx you

The house book is the one they are registered in. In most cases it would probably be the same one their mother is in. A copy of the one they are in would be enough.

Proof of residency can be s rental agreement.
