It's in it's original box that can be opened. It was not taped to make it possible to check.

It was a sub post office but he rang someone - but the answer was no...

pointing to the list of, cannot send, on the wall

Why won't they allow you to send it ?

Did you go in there with it fully boxed up so they couldn't see what was inside it ?
