I was in Central Festival yesterday for lunch.

Never saw the place so quiet.

You were not in the same Central Fesitival I was. About as busy as usual I would say.

Also, seen lots of apparently non-resident farangs wander around the Buakow farang ghetto yesterday. So seems like lots of of new farang tourists in town.
