I need to get my extension of stay done and wondered when the best time of day to visit is?

I was thinking of arriving late about 4pm, 30 minutes before it closes. Is that wise?

Usually this tactic works well in my personal experience. However, there are days when many people do the same thing. As long as you get a ticket number before they close, they will serve you the same day.
