VISA APPLICATION FORM query

Featured Replies

On the application form there are some questions which I need clarification on

1. Date of arrival in Thailand? I presume this is the last entry?

2. Permanent address - well I've been here for nearly two years and am staying till March 2015 or do I put my address back home as my permanent address?

3. Purpose of vist - in my case OTHER - accompanying working wife?

4.Countries for which travel document is valid ? have a UK passport so I presume Worldwide

4. name and address of Local Guarantor (as opposed to Thai guarantor which is on next line) ?

Sorry to sound inept but as I am applying for a Non O at Thai embassy in Hanoi and they are reputed to be meticulous I don't want to mess it up!!!

Thanks for any help!
