Glad to read a bit of positive feed back......I was thinking of using them for some car accessories, think I'll give them a try

I just used them; spent about 25,000 baht. They have online tracking and they call before they deliver, at least in my case. They used Kerry Logistics to deliver my stuff. They did ask for correct change well before they delivered.

They stand by their products. I have bought several items from them, one being a car cam that I wasn't happy with because of the poor resolution. They asked me to ship it back (minor inconvenience) and then they refunded in full. I'd definitely use them again.

But one drawback- for some reason they will not honour credit cards issued outside Thailand, contrary I am sure to their contract with Visa/Mastercard.

Their competitor, Cdiscount does though, with no probs.

Other than that, quite happy with Lazada, but the CC thing is an irritation, which they acknowledge but do not fix.

How often do they do promotions? I've been watching the site for a new 55" TV

Quite often. A friend bought a 55" LG recently at a big discount.

I have bought more than 10 items in the last 3 months. Very good service.

I ordered a water kettle yesterday, nice Philips one good quality. They already delivered it today and I could pay at delivery. Great service.

The shock is actually that I did not expect them to work on a Sunday.

But for sure lazada is something that I will be using in future.

Seems like a good shop to me.. but I dont know how they are with guarantees but cant be worse as the average Thai shop.

Yes, good to hear of excellent service.

Cannot go far wrong with COD especially if you can return it if faulty / not up to standard.

I think it depends what product you order, they might not keep everything on stock. It also says how long it will take before you order, they actually had this kettle in different prices with different order times. So i went for the fastest with only 50bt more cost.

Just wait when they send you wrong product or incomplete product.

Just the other month ordered water filter system which supposedly came with free rice cooker.

Upon delivery no rice cooker and filters which can not be changed because no one sells it.

Refused to send the free rice cooker.

Gave it all back to them for refund.

Website states 4-5 days , month later I am still waiting, filing complaint with consumer board today.

Few months ago ordered men's White shoes, received blue women's shoe.

Tried to refuse the refund because I opened the box, appearantly farang must have X-ray vision to see what's in the box without opening.

Consumer protection board fixed that problem pretty fast, still was headache.

I have used them twice. Both times excellent. I had to return a pair of shoes and they refunded the money to my account very quickly with e-mails updating me on the progress. I know I shouldn't say this but it was like dealing with a Western company. Lets hope other large companies in Thailand follow their example. I am a convert.

If it's not correct then you refuse the delivery, it goes back and gets refunded! Simple really. Oh and I think the trick is to buy stuff that Lazada warehouses rather than 3rd party.

I've only bought 3 items but all delivered on time or early and as advertised.

This is what happened. Kerry guy called and arrived 15 minutes after he called. He handed me the package and I opened it to verify the contents were the same as ordered and on the bill and then I paid him. If they were not the same I would not have given him the money. Simple really, just like so many things in Thailand.

You are spot on, every item which was not fulfilled by Lazada was a problem for me.

The problem is , Lazada then very slow to rectify the problem.

IF you opened the box, driver will not take it back, however you can refuse delivery if box is not opened.

Have done it once and driver kept bringing it back every day for a week, even though i cancelled the order before it was even dispatched

I also had drivers refusing to unload the order, because it was multiple items, like 20 fans
