Rimmer Posted October 12, 2014 Share Posted October 12, 2014 ATCC And Police Cracked Down Human Trafficking Gang PATTAYA– October 10, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 23.00 pm Mr.Lertporn Noja-director of STOP HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND CHILD ABUSE CENTER (ATCC)- found out that a foreigner had bought sex from 14 year old girl in front of Mike Shopping Mall before having sex with her in the Live In Mansion. Therefore he notified the police before rushing to inspect the scene. At the scene the officials found Mrs.Prapaporn Sawangram aged 37 who provided the girl for the foreigner so the officials arrested her before raiding the room which contained the foreigner and the girl. The man was identified as Mr.Mariolle Arnaud Jean Nicoias aged 46 from France who was found naked with the girl. Plus the officials went to inspect another room and found Mr.Samreng Ayamueng aged 38 and Ms.Atchara Wichaiwong aged 23 who were having sex and they were also drug addicts.Upon questioning Mrs.Prapaporn she confessed that Mr.Mariolle asked her to buy sex from the girl who she just knew and Mr.Mariolle paid her for 700 baht. While the other were her friends and they were in the room having sex. If he wanted a young woman of legal age there's no shortage available, here and in France. We obviously don't have all the facts, but while we're waiting let's not assume he is so clueless and blameless and that farang are all so easily manipulated by cunning Thais. Nobody from Thailand went to France to beguile him into coming to Pattaya and once here at a hotel so close to where sex is readily available with plenty of young looking women within a few minutes walk from where he was staying, chances are he got exactly what he was looking for ... and a whole lot more. It takes two or more to play "in the name of the game." Farang, especially those who have a single-minded purpose in coming to Pattaya, are no less likely to be liars than the Thais they deal with. It sounds like there's an abundance of blame to share about. Neither users nor suppliers can claim the moral high ground. Some one mentioned it earlier, most of them look much younger here ... a girl who is 14, looks like 10-11. From Wikipedia: ThailandThe age of consent in Thailand is 15 (with the below caveat) as specified by article 279 of the Thai Criminal Code. The current legislation applies to all regardless of gender and/or sexual orientation. However, parts of the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act, which disallow any sexual contact with prostitutes under the age of 18, are widely interpreted by some local authorities to cover sexual acts classed as "obscenity for personal gratification". Also from the Penal Code Amendment Act of 1997 Section 283bis, having sex with a child under 18 is a compoundable offense even with the consent of that person. The parent or the child may file charges against the other side if he or she later regrets his or her own action. This ostensibly makes the Thai unfettered age of consent 18. A high profile example of this application of the law was a statutory rape charge filed against the lead singer of the Thai band Big Ass for allegedly having had sex with a (then) 16-year-old girl. The charge was filed by the girl after the singer refused to take responsibility for her baby. The singer has since been cleared of being the baby's father due to the results of a paternity test and he received 2 years suspended sentence.
