I have confused myself trying to help a friend, he has tourist visa from the uk used both wants another double tourist visa, from what I was reading it seems laos (Savannaket or Vientiane) seems the place to head, he is based in Phuket is this still the cheapest and easiest place to head for from this location?

Laos is the nearest place to get a 2 entry tourist visa. Being close and the location makes it the least costly.

Savannakhet is doing visas on the same date the application is made.
