Long story short. My GF is Vietnamese. We live here in Bangkok and I have her on an ED visa learning language.

There are some family problems back home in Vietnam and 2 of her nephews want to come and live here (aged 10 and 15). Monetarily it's no problem for me to let them come and stay here. I'd like to enroll them in a good school so they can have a good future.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to obtain a visa for them?

To be clear I am not married to my GF and I am not legally adopting the nephews.

Any help, tips and advice would be appreciated.

Also, no, I don't want to live in Vietnam.

Enrolling them in a school and then getting a ED visa and extensions of stay would be easy.

Your girl friend getting the documentation to bring them here and to have authority to enroll them in school and etc would be the hard part.
