Khon Performance: The Battle of Indrajit Episode of Nagabas


Indrajit was the son of Tosakan born to his consort, Mondho. His original name was Ranachit. As an adult, he practiced strict asceticism and was granted several celestial weapons and boons from the three supreme gods, Shiva, Brahma and Narai. With such power, he challenged and defeated the God Indra, and became known thereafter as Indrajit.
