Spouse Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 I need to return my mobile phone to the UK from Thailand by post. Has anyone got any advice for the best way to sent it so that it arrives? They want it in the box with the phone. Thanks.
NE1 Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 EMS it at the post office , cost about 20 / 30 quid and you can track it's progress.
CharlieH Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 Registered Post from Thailand is just as good and its "signed for" and alot cheaper than EMS. Ask for "lon tabien" at PO.
Spouse Posted October 25, 2014 Author Posted October 25, 2014 Thanks, a DHL online quote was 2,500 baht. That would only take 3 days apparently. How much do you think the registered post would cost and how long would it take? Can I get that from a post office? Thanks.
ryanhull Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 EMS it at the post office , cost about 20 / 30 quid and you can track it's progress. Not that much mate, use this http://www.thailandpost.co.th/rate.php
casualbiker Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 Are they sending a replacement over to you or is it being repaired and sent back. If that's the case you can get return paperwork from the post office to include in the return so you don't get done for tax on it's return.
