You do not fit the profile of a back-to-back border runner so you should not have any problems. Especially not if you already have a ticket home to show.

That information is a bit old. Even if you visit multiple countries and stay out of Thailand for a 2-3 weeks, you can still get popped. There are no pat answers sadly. You are at their mercy. It is not a government you want to put any faith in. The ticket thing does not matter either. The idea is to squeeze those who have a love or need of Thailand. They want you to upgrade to opening a business or a retirement visa.

It is not old and it is correct.

Many people have made several exempt entries without a problem. As long as you don't stay for the entire 30 days and go out and back for another entry will not be a problem.

That information appears to be bang up to date. If in the event that you are questioned by immigration, all you need do is to prove you are a tourist. As the OP is returning home after this entry and can show an onward ticket, that should seal any doubt with immigration.

Obviously your approach and reaction to the immigration officer will have a lot to do with it.......................wink.png

Since the so called changes.....I have be waiting for someone with a similar history to the OP ....to post refusal of entry. I haven't seen one.

Nonsense. Your imagination is creating issues that don't exist and attributing your own convoluted logic (The idea is to squeeze those who have a love or need of Thailand.") to others. No one who is obviously and demonstrably not gaming the system has been denied a visa exempt entry if he is eligible for one and the idea that immigrations wants tourists to open a business in Thailand is ridiculous.
