Any persons know to be holding information on this investigation should treated as suspects , the D.S.I have to step in to much covering up.

With all the cameras on that island and no one can identify the number 9 in video shaking hands with David (yeah right )

The police are geeting a lot more pressure on them now and I honestly think Prayuth no a lot more than we are hearing i am sure he would have an undercover investigation ongoing.

The Leg chains have been removed from the suspects that is telling something .

There are too doubts about the DNA especially after the comedy show the other day .

Why wont the police let the UK carry out all DNA testing on all eveidence .

This Is not going to end nice for the a lot of police involve in this investigation.

Also when will the UK police confirm that they were happy with the way Thai Police investigation was done and that they would have done it the same way ?

Nong KhaiKid post # 26

Doesn't the NHRC realise the BIB won't talk to them about the case, the only ones the BIB communicate with is the media.

Doesn't the NHRC realise the BIB won't talk to them about the case, the only ones the BIB communicate with is those who hold large monetary bills in their hands or are clutching bulky manila envelopes.

Yes I agree it won't end nicely for the police, especially if they were involved in the murders. Why is an off duty police man allowed to go around chasing and threatening tourists. Shouldn't that be investigated..

The UK police will not say a word until their official inquiry begins in January.

By then the suspects will still not be in court.

If there is a lot of doubt on the other side of the world, then this is going to end up hard core diplomatic, because the British public and the media will make sure of it.

I can see it pretty much hurting Thailand a hell of a lot.

Some brave people in the NHRC!!clap2.gif Wonder if the Chief of Police are going jail them for 5 years as well?? Together with all the social media posters!!

They are going to build new jails!!

Maybe they'll get sent to Koh Tao as punishment biggrin.png

Would they survive a night in kt?

seems thats the question each person should ask themselves before they sentence themselves there?

Csi la today noted that the 2 Burmese lads have always worn wristbands, and even had them on after being arrested. Yet if the person running around in the CCTV video was one of them where were the wristbands?

That took some time before this overrated keyboard investigator noticed this....coffee1.gif

They were originally arrested for illegal entry - so they will face charges no matter what - so there is still ~a month + some days they can be detained legally without prosecuting - but looking at how the case has gone, I'm placing my bets on mistrial/deportation.

Yes I believe they will be convicted of something, as the police has lost so much face already that they need to put something on these poor guys.

However, I bet they are more than happy to get deported out of this place. probably the best outcome possible.

Listen guys give them a break. How can they possibly manage to successfully fit up these boys with NCHR interfering and damaging their credibility.

Let the trial be concluded, followed by fast execution, then as pertinent questions related to actual guilt later.

We all know how it's done.

Well according to the chief of police at the DNA test for Nomsod apparrently the investigation is complete. But now it is conveniently "ongoing". What is worse than a shambles? Because this is exactly that :/

According to Mr. Jaturong, there still is some investigation to be done:

"Thai journalist, Mr. Jaturong, who covered this case went to market today. One of the vendor asked him, "Did Nomsod do it?".
Mr. Jaturong said "I don't know. According to the police, Nomsod didn't do it."
The vendor " How could police rely only on DNA evidence? The police should have done more investigation to find out that Nomsod was in Bangkok on that night. For example, they should check if Nomsod was at his dormitory at night. The police should check CCTV from Nomsod's university. The police should interview Nomsod teachers and friends. How about Nomsod's phone records? They should be able to locate him on the night of murder according to cellphone records.
How come Nomsod didn't do the same right after the murder of Hannah and David? Nomsod's dad told the media that he could not contact Nomsod for several months."
The question is, will they complete the investigation?

The facebook page that criticize police for the investigation had 1.3M posts/shares/likes this week only, I don't see police starting a million case, it's all just talking as usual, they are not going to jail anyone for 5 years.

>According to Niran, the NHRC summoned police to explain the allegation at a hearing today, but police refused on the grounds that any testimony given to the rights commission may affect the ongoing murder investigation<quote

More police BS!! Hold the hearing behind closed doors!!

So far all the leaks in this case have come from the police!!bah.gif

The police haver repeatedly said that the case is complete/perfect. At the time of nomsod's DNA test they stated that the test would not form part of the investigation, because that was "complete". Now they say it is ongoing.

I say what I have said before, I have no idea if the Burmese are guilty or not, but either way the police have been disgraceful.

Terrible murder and bizarre/queer case; Unbelievable police search for suspects. Plenty of strange stories, which doesn't hold and plenty of police statements that are fantasies, or whatever you want to call them.

Playing guitars and singing songs. Hardly this is a preparation for a murder. Unless we are dealing with psychopaths, which is unlikely the case. Test again DNA under supervision of English team and compare it then with the English samples.

This Thai's police process is ridicules, unreliable, lacks of logic and straightforwardness.

"...police refused on the grounds that any testimony given to the rights commission may affect the ongoing murder investigation."

Although unintentional on part of the police, this statement confirms how rudimentary their investigation was.

Shambles, my thesaurus suggests; mess; muddle; hash; fiasco; disaster, I would also add debacle and farce. I suggest adding an expletive before any of those choices.smile.png

The crime should have been given to Police General Seripisut to handle.

The forensics to Porntip.

The amount of evidence left behind would have meant a speedy, correct outcome.

Indeed. But JD and JTJ will have you believe that you have to be a homicide detective to understand this - just like you have to be a forensic pathologist to know that the wounds on the male victim were not from a hoe. Right. laugh.png

The police don't need to jail many. A few clear cut violations of the CCA and a few more investigations, followed by some defamation cases filed against people by the headman and his family is all that is needed.

Why would Khunying Pornthip be acceptable? Think GT200.
