Non-immigrant business visa (multiple entry)

Featured Replies

Male, 28 years, Western Europa

I've been invited, via my European company, by a Thai company to help them expending their business in Thailand and partner with them Here for I've obtained a non-immigrant B multiple entry visa in my home country. This visa will give me 1 year in Thailand, having to leave the country every 3 months.

Still being an employee of an European company, will you need a work permit for this?

From the description of what you will be doing and the fact that you will staying here full time you need a work permit.

The non-b visa is only meant for the those that are making short trips into the country for meetings and such.

When it's meant for making short trips why is it valid for multiple times of 3 months with a total of 12 months.

May I need a work permit how (and who) should arrange one as I won't be employed by a Thai company.

Not very clear to me ..

It is not compulsory to stay the full 90 days after every entry. For example, the export manager of a UK company may have to visit their distributor in Thailand a few times a year for business meetings, say one to fives days at a time. The multiple-entry non-B visa is the correct visa for him.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place
