You cannot do 90 day reporting in Khon Kaen, the nearest place is Udon Thani at AEK Hospital where immigration have an office on a few days per week. The nearest office that is full time is at Nong Khai. It is possible to do 90 day reporting by post, but I think you have to visit immigration to set this up. Sorry I could not give a more complete answer.

I have always done my 90 Day reports in person becaus I enjoy the short trips out of town,,, but each time they keep telling me that I can just mail it in and with no prior "Set Up" required...
