Can you get a copy of someones house paper or blue book, Tai ben ban eller vad det heter?

I want to get a copy of my wife paper the one I have is not clear. No asking the wife is not an option.

The answer is yes just go there and get it even if it is another province you just need her ID card and sometimes paper that you married
