Yeah Tots. And if you could resort to a simple picture or something it would be much appreciated. Those movie clip avatars fukcs up my scrolling and TVisa isn't exactly known for it's speed.

Thanks JD, that's a bit better. But the scrolling is still jittery when totsters full length feature film avatars come into view.

Completely off topic but this morning I could not sleep so as an exercise into slicing I changed

this:

I used Photoshop to split the oiginal 1.85meg picture into 60 individual jpgs ranging from 16 to 46k.

It has now changed from loading being like hot tar running down a wall to being instant!

My apologies to everyone.

A simple tutorial on how to make animated gifs from movie clips. Nice thing is the tools they recommend are free. Also can apply the information to other methods.
