I'd suggest German Dental, which also has a top class lab on site.
I've been quite happy with their dental and lab work over the last 12-years.

Funnily enough I have to have mine replaced. But before that I need to have three teeth out. Yesterday I had the first one pulled - it was deeply embedded - and due to have the others out next week. They will then do replacement dentures in about two months.

The service was excellent and the dental receptionist even rang me this morning to ask if everything was OK, given it had taken some effort to remove my first tooth (70 years I've had it). That was a nice touch by the surgery.

The dentist practise is Modern Smile, located on Pattaya Klang - almost opposite (about 20 yards down) the TOT office on the corner with 3rd Road.

It was recommended on this forum some weeks ago, that's why I went and I can endorse the recommendation. They seem to have all the international endorsements and have been there for 20 years. I'm sure they do insurance but mine was private. 800 baht for the extraction. 038 720 820
