Tanna
I know I will be the recipient of a few jokes but I am very serious. I am 62 now and find that until recently I could take 10 mg of Cialis to give me a boost but now I need 20 mg. The other two Levitra and Viagra I have not tried. Would welcome intelligent comment .... also a few funny ones .... that is what makes this forum what it is. Not having much knowledge of how the posts operate I hope this is the right forum. Thanks in advance.

Tanna
I spoke to my Doctor but he was of little help ... younger guy. Am sure plenty of Thai Visa members would have had experience hence my asking on this forum.
craigt3365
If your doctor was of little help, I'd suggest getting a different one. This can be a very serious decision and one not to be taken lightly. This is better off over in the health forum. Topic Moved.
sipi
If you take one before you go to sleep it will stop you rolling out of bed. If it gets stuck in your throat you will get a stiff neck. Get another doctor. You will need a script and your blood pressure monitored. Do not under any circumstances think about buying those counterfeit blister packs that are readily available. You might not wake up at all.
n210mp
This may help http://www.livestrong.com/article/39877-effects-much-viagra/ There were many other links on google that you may wish to look at.
inbangkok
Viagra is the oldest one with the most reported side effects. Also the cheapest as there are generics available (no generics yet for the other two). Levitra came a bit later and is supposed to be better tolerated with less side effects. The length of action are similar with Viagra and Levitra. Cialis has a claim to fame because they claim it lasts "up to" 36 hours. My suggestion would definitely be to try Viagra first (get the generic one called "Sideagra" manufactured by the GPO of Thailand). It is 180 baht for 4, 100mg pills. Usual dose is between 50-100mg. The only real serious danger with these meds is that your heart is not healthy enough for sex and you will have a heart attack. The other being you stay hard for longer than 4 hours which can cause permanent damage if you don't go to the hospital for an injection. Other than that, the "dangers" of these things are over hyped if you take the normal dosage.
jobin
I buy the tadalafil (cialis) med from online pharmacy ?? in India. Have done so for many years and no problems at all. Very cheap. It's the adverts etc that keep the 'real' thing so expensive. I have popped the 20mg once a day 2 or 3 days in a row, still no problem. When i was in china, and really wanted a big time party, pop one 20 mg in the am, then about 5 pm, half hour before visiting the small working girls shop, would pop half a viagra. What a way to go. I'm pretty healthy. late 60's/ 'All day chemist' on google might be what you want. Side effects: the only one i ever noticed was a stuffy nose from the viagra. Blood vessels puffy, or some such. Gone after 2 hrs.

It's very easy to get a double dose and the outcome of this can be...and at times is...very deadly. Plus, it's illegal here in Thailand.
Sheryl
I would like to emphasize Craig's point about legality. These drugs require prescription in Thailand and it is illegal for you to import them. in addition, Op would be well advised to get a medical evaluation to assess possible underlying causes (circulatory etc) that might account for the worsening ED/lack of response to usual dose of Cialis. There are urologists in Bangkok with sub-specialty in men's sexual health, that's all they do and they are very knowledgable about it. Are you in Bkk? SiSePuede419
"assess possible underlying causes (circulatory etc) that might account for the worsening ED/lack of response to usual dose of Cialis" When I was in my early 40's, I dated a "demanding" 28 year old and went to a Doçtor for a prescription. He warned me to get a checkup because ED is a "early warning sign" of CVD. Unfortunately, there is no "test" for CVD, until it's too late and you have a myocardial infarction (heart attack). Diet is crucial, and choline is critical.

wpcoe
If/when you consult a doctor, you might also want to have your testosterone levels tested, and if warranted, discuss testosterone injections.
