During my time in the US, I had the opportunity to talk to very affluent people. Job related. Among them, a good number of them told me that they are basically opposed to any sort of "social security". - The "mild" version: "Why support the losers of the Nation with tax money". - The more radical version: "Let them eat s*it and let them die". -

I think Vance is a pretty decent speaker and he's quick on his feet. I do not see anyone in the Democrat field that could touch him in an honest debate. except perhaps Rahm Emanuel, and I doubt he can win the primary. -

I'm in no way a leftist, but, as others have pointed out, he has, unlike Trump, no personality. It would be a bit like Dan Quayle following in Reagan's footsteps... 😆
