It's not that bad, she missed the dark car before it moved away, and had plenty of chances to hit it.

I couldn't watch that for more then a minute it makes my blood pressure rise to the boiling point, the idiocy that's on our roads is more then scary.

2 things, it's a Canadian so not much difference, we see similar all the time down here where I live, this time of year, drives me nuts. Second, look at what she's driving, likely some well off, guys Thai transplant so I wouldn't say there's not a Thai in sight without visible proof ..
