Thinking of getting an Ed visa and would like to go to Phnom Penh to apply for it.

Anyone who's got any experience in that.

Do you have to apply in person at the Embassy or can you use an agent to do it for you?

Any help is much appreciated.

I would not suggest PP for a ED visa. There have been reports of them being difficult for getting them done.

For any non immigrant visa there you have to submit the application yourself but the agent can expedite it and pick it up.
