I am going next week to campodia for some time..My plan was also apply thai tourist visa when i am finished my trip there.

I heard a rumour that now there is a new rule that a ticket outside of Thailand is needed when applying thai touris visa from there?

Anyone can confirm if this is true?

I think that was recently mentioned in a post on this forum.

You could check with one of the agents there to confirm or just be prepared to buy a one way ticket to a nearby country on a low cost airline.

Another source was guesthouse owner at cambodia, so i quess this piece of information is now confirmed..
