tablet 5k-10k

I am going to upgrade my sons old i-note tablet, and am looking for options up to 10k. I was looking at the nexus 7 but I understand it has no 3g.

My son will play games, watch you tube and movies, and that is about it. I may use it now and again too.Want a decent camera, good screen resolution, ability to play good games, 3G connectiivity, sd expansion and mini hd. yep, I know that's a lot, but I'm after some advice as to what I need, what I can get and where.

Options I am considering

Asus memo pad 7 (ME181CX) prefer the ME181C as it has a better camera

Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572CL)

Acer Iconia A1

Nexus 7 if I can get 3g

SamsungTab 3

Any other ideas would be appreciated as well as some advice

I think that the HP Slate 7 is a good option. I recently bought an HP Slate 6 that is really nice for 4,500 at Phantip. It accepts 2 SIMs and a 32 GB micro SD card. I think that the 7 does too.
