I am on a tourist visa. The leave by date after my 30 day extension is Jan 13th 2015.

I would like to stay until the 19th or 20th Feb if possible.

What would be my best option(s).

I am in Pattaya now.

Or make a border run for a visa exempt entry that would be 15 days or 30 if you are from a G7 country.

But neither option would give him enough time. He would need either a tourist visa or a visa exempt entry + 30 day extension. The latter option is probably both easier and cheaper.

If he got a 15 or 30 day visa exempt entry, he could then it extend it by 30 days at immigrations, giving him 45 or 60 days, which would be more than enough to achieve his target of 20 February ... which was implicit, if not explicitly stated, in UbonJoe's response.
