khwaibah
It should state on the ticket where to mail your fine Send it registered It does that why I said Thai PO. They take care of it. No extra registered mail charged needed. And Yes you do get a receipt back after you pay.

khwaibah
Thanks. Post office sounds like a plan. (400B) They give you a receipt and dot the rest. As said a couple weeks later you will get another receipt as being paid in the mail. Smile..

cardinalblue
I wonder what their collection rate is? One sees as many as 3 or 4 cars running a signal per event... Effectiveness ?
Rotweiler
A photoradar ticket is levied against the car and regardless of who the driver was, the registered owner must pay. If it is not paid within the alotted tiome (in my case it says one month from the date of the photo) you cannot register that vehicle again until the fine - and a whopping extra penalty - are paid. Effectiveness? - pretty high I would assume.
Rotweiler
For the iinformation of anyone else caught in this situation - You cannot pay a photradar ticket at the Police Station., anty police statyio0n. You must pay it at any post office. They provide a receipt but keep your original tacket, so make a copy before you pay.
